RWE npower
We have worked extensively with RWE npower. In particular, we have:

  • Facilitated SMART metering process design, and managed business change activities associated with implementation of SAP MFU GUI POC development.
  • Facilitated business readiness activities in both SMART and Nexus delivery and led complaints system evaluation.
  • Led operational change to move all bereavement related calls to a dedicated team, with a goal of reducing repeat calls from 4 to 1. The result was an annual saving of 20 FTE.
  • Co-ordinated the introduction of home working technology enabling advisors to manage CE calls from their home. Also successfully managed integration of SAP Model Office for service functions into operational areas.
  • Delivered file standardisation across domestic operations to aid performance management.
  • Introduced a system alert to identify when an essential meter inspection is required to be compliant with OfGem licencing conditions.

EON Energy
Our work for EON Energy includes:

  • Participated in complete project lifecycle from blueprint to realisation, Go Live and support for delivery of HR, payroll and finance integration (including PY, TM, OM, PA, E-Rec, LSO, ESS, MSS, ECM, PM and new HCM/Adobe forms).
  • Participated in and helped drive functional and technical design.

PowerGen
Managed the SAP Finance Integration of Southern Electric and Norweb, including demand planning and forecasting systems processes in line with best practice solution.

Airport & e-Borders

Clients include:

UK Home Office
Provided technical support and facilitated design review for the UK Home Office “Trust Borders or e-Borders” solution, with the aim of finding a system that is both robust and capable of securing all UK points of entry. The backend of the solution interacts with a number of government agencies.

Zambia Airport
Supported the RFP proposal for the Zambia Airport Tetra Radio System
